In this competitive housing market, you need Brad and Michelle Eaton! They are the most genuine and caring people that we have met. They have always been punctual at returning my phone calls and texts and got me house showings hours after the home was listed. When the first home inspection fell through, they reassured us and got our earnest money back.
They are master negotiators when it came to writing up the offer, and got our closing cost paid for by the seller. At closing, they made sure our property was cleaned out and up to code. Brad manually put in an earthquake strap and several smoke alarm detectors when the seller couldn't.

I had an extremely tough assignment. I needed to sell my home for top dollar and buy a home in a specific area. Michele and Brad helped stage my home and marketed with the newest drone camera technology. My home sold for more than any home in the neighborhood. They also negotiated a difficult for sale by owner deal, all of this had taken place within a week of each other. This was accomplished with upfront negotiations for rent back. Several times I had to be talked through negotiations and stressful times. I never felt they didn't have time for me...and they wanted me to have the best deal and experience possible.
